The State of Oregon requires all Brokers, Salespersons and Property Managers to complete 30 clock hours of continuing education in order to renew their license every two years.
The supervising brokers and property managers are allowed to self certify their own continuing education hours and topics while all salespersons must be certified by their broker.
15 of the 30 hours must be from a list of topics approved by the Real Estate Agency of Oregon and the remaining 15 hours can be an elective subject related to the real estate business.
